Our items are final sale.

I do not accept returns on my items. These are works of art and do not have a guaranteed lifespan or warranty. Each piece is unique. Imperfections in the wools and embellishments are part of the process. They are handmade, unique pieces that I hope you enjoy for a long time to come. Should you have a problem with an items, of course send me a message/email and we can discuss if there is anything I can do to help. 

Credit Cards.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected, used, and shared when a visitor or customers accesses Divine Felting. Art. 

SECTION 1 - TRANSACTIONAL INFORMATION. What do you do with my information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Section 2 - CONSENT. How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, we infer that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason. We also assume this transaction demonstrates interest in our products and services. 

Section 3 - DISCLOSURE. Do you disclose my information?

We will not share your information with any third party unless we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. We never sell our customers information.

Section 4 - ONLINE STORE.

Our online store is hosted by  GoDaddy. Go Daddy Payments uses advanced online encryption and maintains the strictest PCI compliance standards.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the online store transmits your credit card data. The store data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and it's service providers.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

These conditions will supersede any terms/conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Divine Felting .Art signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
